New Fintech Startups is Interesting
The Reason Why New Fintech Startups Is Interesting
With the recent venture capital funding rounds, two newer companies and Qazikoo, the new fintech, have been raising a lot of money. Why is this? I think that there are two main reasons why new startups raising money are very interesting.
First of all, what Qazikoo and the other two new fintech are offering is different and, in some cases, even better than what the incumbents offer. On the one hand, the new firms can make their product stand out from the crowd by offering something that their competitors don't.
They do this by making their products accessible to a wider range of people - and, on the other hand, by doing something that the incumbents can't and by competing with them in terms of their product. This is why these new startups are able to raise so much money. They don't compete with the incumbents but offer something that the incumbents do not. In a way, they are disrupting the incumbents, which is what a lot of venture capitalists want to see, particularly those who are first-time investors.
On the other hand, what the new fintech are offering is what the incumbents have offered for many years. These newcomers are breaking away from the more traditional banking models, such as loans and prepaid cards. They do this through newer technologies that the incumbents have not yet figured out how to monetize.
The new fintech offers new services that will encourage a lot of new customers and raise the value of the existing ones. This is what makes new firms and these incumbents both so attractive for venture capitalists.
It's also the reason why Qazikoo and the other two new fintech are very appealing to institutional investors as well. They are offering something that is already well-known, has been developed over a number of years and is proven to work and is able to generate returns.
When you combine these two factors, you get something that is very promising, and something that is already very well established - the fact that the new technology is already well established. This enables them to raise a lot of funds because the prices being offered by the technology are relatively low.
So, I'm convinced that there are two main reasons why new startups raising money are interesting. One is that they are offering something that the incumbents are not offering and the other is that they are offering something that the incumbents have not yet figured out how to monetize.
